OUR SERVICES

FEE POLICY: All patients who present with a current medicare or Veteran Affairs card will be bulk billed.

A full range of medical services are available at the centre. These include:

GENERAL MEDICAL CARE: Diagnosis and management
of all general medical conditions is provided at the Centre,
including asthma, diabetes and hypertension

ANTENATAL CARE: This practice has always had a keen interest
in assisting patients during their pregnancies. We are involved in
shared antenatal care with all the local hospitals ... It is our great
pleasure to be involved with you during this important time allowing
us to forge a close and rewarding bond with you and your family.

ACCIDENTS AND EMERGENCIES: The Centre is
equipped and the doctors trained to treat most accidents and
emergencies and organise transfers to hospital where appropriate.

WOMENS HEALTH: The Centre also has had a strong interest in
all aspects of women's health including family planning, contraception,
pap smears and menopause.

IMMUNISATIONS: We strongly encourage patients to
be fully immunisations. All childhood immunisations
as well as those for over 65yr olds are kept at the centre and are
free of charge.

SKIN EXAMINATIONS: The surgery has a cryotherapy
unit and is equipped for minor ops if required.

EMPLOYMENT MEDICALS: are done by all Doctors at the Centre

HEALTH CHECKS & PREVENATIVE MEDICINE: Patients Over 75year,
45-49yrs and 4 year olds are encouraged to have a free
health checks. The practice also has a strong commitment in promoting
preventative medicine by helping patients with smoking cessation,
Weight loss etc

IMPLANON INSERTION: Is performed by Dr Khaled Dik

APPOINTMENTS

We run an appointment system. Patients with appointments will have preference except in emergencies. You can make an appointment by
phoning the surgery. Appointments are made in 15min intervals please let our receptionist know if you feel you require a longer
consultation. We make running on time a priority but emergencies do happen, straightforward matters do have a habit of turning into
longer consultations. Please phone the surgery before your appointment to check whether your doctor is running on time.
