OUR STAFF

At the Slacks Creek Medical Centre we have been caring for patients in our local community for over 30 years. 
Our  dedicated Team is made up of:

DOCTORS

Dr Marisa Stone who has over 27 years
experience in general practice. She has a
special interest in paediatrics, antenatal care, diabetes and preventative family medicine.
Dr Irene Jacovou who has 27 years experience in
general practice. She has an interest in women's
health, paediatrics, antenatal care, diabetes and
preventative medicine and weight loss management.
Dr Ibrahim Eweida has over 15 years experience in general practice. Has a special interest in skin checks and skin cancer treatment including flaps and grafting. Also he is interested in diabetic patients and chronic diseases management.
Dr Khaled Dik who has over 20 years experience in
general practice. He has a special interest in nutritional medicine, skin cancer, depression, alcohol and drug problems and sports medicine.


All of our doctors are engaged in continuing medical education

NURSES: Chris Baxter, a practicing
midwife with extensive nursing experience and Tania Howe a registered nurse with a number of years hospital and general practice experience

 Exercise physiologist: Dan Kelly an accredited exercise physiologist with over 5 years experience. He specialises in chronic disease self management, personal general health and well being exercise programs.

DIABETIC EDUCATOR: Trish Davison
with many years experience in management
of diabetes

DIETITIAN: Susan Phillips who has special interest in
weight management and diabetes.

RECEPTIONISTS: Tarina Dutton,Judy Connors and Lauren Stone who have been chosen for their competence, warmth and excellent people skills
Pharmacists -   Slacks Creek Pharmacy, next door to the surgery works closely with our doctors to deliver  personalised, comprehensive medication  management for our patients.
